Create And configure Calculation Type Question
Click on ‘Add question’ button .
Choose ‘ Calculation ’ type from the type list (appears on the right of the screen ).
Write your chosen title for the question .
Question configuration :
Calculation type question has the following optional settings:
Hidden
To be Checked to hide the question in the checklist.
Exclude Report
To be Checked if you want to exclude the question from the checklist report .
Require Media
To be Checked if you want the user to attach a media file with an answer .
Require Note
To be Checked if you want the user to append a note with an answer .
Editable
To be Checked if you want the user be able to edit the default question calculation in the checklist.
Unit Types
Question answer unit type (no unit ,length , weight ) in the checklist ( default ‘no unit’).
Enable score
To be Checked if you want the question answer to be counted in the checklist total score.
Items
The selected items (questions) and its default value and unit that the calculation function needs to operate .
Calculation
The calculation function syntax that presents the question answer .
