1. Click on ‘Add question’ button  .

2. Choose ‘Constant’ type from the type list (appears on the right of the screen ).

3. Write your chosen label for the question .

 Constant type question has the following optional settings:

Exclude Report

To be Checked if  you want to exclude the question from the checklist report .

Value

Default  question answer  value in the checklist.

Unit Types

Question answer unit type (no unit ,length , weight ) in the checklist ( default ‘no unit’).
