Create And configure Number Type Question

  1. Click on ‘Add question’ button  .

  2. Choose ‘Number’ type from the type list (appears on the right of the screen ).

  3. Write your chosen title for the question .


 Question configuration : 

 Number type question has the following optional settings:


Required 

To be Checked if the question must be answered in the checklist.


Secure

To be Checked if the question  answer  displayed as stars characters (*) in the checklist.


Read Only

To be Checked if the question answer  default  value not editable in the checklist.


Hidden

To be Checked to hide the question in the checklist.


Exclude Report

To be Checked if  you want to exclude the question from the checklist report .


Require Media

To be Checked if  you want the user to attach a media file with an answer .


Require Note

To be Checked if  you want the user to append a note with an answer .


Decimal

Number of decimal places allowed in the answer field. 


Min

Minimum value can user enter in the answer field. 


Max

maximum value can user enter in the answer field. 


Default value

Default  question answer  value in the checklist.


Unit Types

Question answer unit type (no unit ,length , weight ) in the checklist ( default ‘no unit’).


Enable score

To be Checked if  you want the question answer to be counted  in the checklist total score.
