1. Click on ‘Add question’ button  .

2. Choose ‘Time/Date’ type from the type list (appears on the right of the screen ).

3. Write your chosen title for the question .

 Question configuration : 

 Time/Date type question has the following optional settings:

Required 

To be Checked if the question must be answered in the checklist.

Hidden

To be Checked to hide the question in the checklist.

Exclude Report

To be Checked if  you want to exclude the question from the checklist report .

Require Media

To be Checked if  you want the user to attach a media file with an answer .

Require Note

To be Checked if  you want the user to append a note with an answer .

Future Date Only

To be Checked if the question answer  must exceed the current time in the checklist. 

Prior Date Only 

To be Checked if the question answer  must not exceed the current time in the checklist. 

Time 

To be Checked if you want to enable time picker in the checklist.
