1. Extra Fields Configuration
Adding extra fields to user profiles allows organizations to capture additional information beyond basic user details. The key customizable field is:
Nickname
Purpose: The nickname field enables users to have an alternate identifier that can be displayed in reports or public views instead of their full name. This is particularly useful in sensitive environments where privacy is critical.
Usage:
Privacy Reports: Display nicknames instead of real names to protect user identities.
Team Collaboration: Allow team members to recognize each other using friendly or project-specific identifiers.
Navigate to the Settings menu in your flowdit dashboard.
Select Users Settings from the list.
Customize your Extra Fields configuration and adjust access and privacy settings in Reports Settings as needed.
Save changes to apply them immediately.
